This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how we process the personal data of people who use hightimeakademi.com, contact us or receive our consultancy services.

Who we share data with
- In Türkiye: our accountant (for invoicing and accounting) and, when requested, competent public authorities.
- Service providers abroad: for hosting, database, email and calendar services (listed in our Privacy Policy). These transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards in KVKK Article 9.
- Institutions you apply to: only the schools and universities you choose, and only the information and documents needed for your application.
- Our offices abroad: if your file is handled by our office in the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Finland, Germany or Italy.
How we collect data
We collect data from you through the forms on our site, by email, WhatsApp, phone and in person, and—with your permission—cookie data electronically from your browser.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask us to:
- tell you whether your personal data is processed and, if so, give you information about it,
- tell you the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose,
- tell you the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- correct it if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- delete or destroy it under the conditions in KVKK Article 7,
- notify the third parties it was transferred to of any correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis,
- compensate any damage you suffer from unlawful processing.
How to apply
Send your request in Turkish, stating your identity, in writing to the address above, or email it from the address registered with us to info@hightimeakademi.com. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest (Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
