If you send a form
Our application, contact and booking forms store only the fields you see on screen. Your IP address and browser information are not added to the record. When you send a form, you receive a confirmation email with a reference number and our team is notified. If you book a meeting, the invitation is sent to your email through Google Calendar. Only authorised members of our team see your records, and only as far as their work requires.

The AI service used to translate the site receives only page texts; your applications and messages are never sent to it.
Security
- The whole site opens over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and browsers are told to use HTTPS only.
- The admin panel is protected by a password and two-step verification; each team member sees only the records their role allows.
- Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed (hashed); backups are protected with strong encryption (AES-256).
- Forms are limited against automated submissions and excessive requests.
Applicants under 18
Because we also advise on high school, applicants under 18 may contact us. In that case we sign the consultancy contract with a parent or guardian and keep them informed during the process.

Changes
We update this policy when our site changes; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. After a significant change, the cookie banner asks for your choice again.
